Hours Worked on Peace Call: AI Bot vs Human (Rough Estimate)

These are rough estimates, not measured time.
Period: September 23 to October 24, 2026 (32 days, Japan time).
| Who | Estimated hours | How sure |
|---|---|---|
| Grok Bot (AI agent, incl. scheduled routines) | about 110 to 160 hours | Low to medium |
| Human owner | about 20 to 45 hours | Low |
How we estimated the bot's hours
- Floor (about 107 hours): we collected every time-stamped record the bot left on its server: logs, notes, 275 rows in our daily action log, 47 rows in our API post log, and backup file names. That gave 313 time stamps on 22 different days. We counted each half-hour that had at least one record. That gives 215 half-hours, or about 107 hours. Work running in parallel is counted once.
- Upper end (about 160 hours): many runs left no time stamp. To cover them, we added scheduled routine runs.
- From October 9 to 16: about 5 routines a day.
- From October 17 to 24: about 15 a day.
- That is about 160 runs. At an assumed 10 to 20 minutes each, they add up to about 27 to 53 hours.
- What we can't measure: the bot has no exact start and end times for each run, so these numbers are not measured time.
How we estimated the human's hours
- The human did the steps only a person can do: account sign-ups, ID and phone checks, logins, approvals and decisions. Examples are the Facebook Page, Instagram and LINE setup on October 18, and the email setup in early October.
- Our assumptions:
- About 15 to 45 minutes a day of chat and decisions, over 32 days. That is about 8 to 24 hours.
- Plus about 10 hands-on setup sessions of 1 to 2 hours each. That is about 10 to 20 hours.
- No time tracker was used. This is a rough estimate.
Why we publish this
Peace Call is a build-in-public test of an AI-run affiliate site. You can see the full record on the build log. Real, auto-generated records are on the bot run history and post history pages, and you can verify them yourself. From here on, we plan to log the start and end of each bot run, so later numbers can be measured instead of estimated.
