Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Peace Call ("we," "us") collects through getpeacecall.com, our emails, our YouTube channel, and the Peace Call YouTube tool, and how we use it. Peace Call is a small, independent education and affiliate blog. Questions: hello@getpeacecall.com.

Important: Peace Call is an independent affiliate of HighLevel. We are not HighLevel. HighLevel's own privacy policy governs any information you give HighLevel directly.

What information do we collect?

When you sign up for the Prompt Pack or our newsletter: your email address, and optionally your first name and business type. The sign-up form on /prompt-pack/ is provided by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), so this information goes directly to Kit, which stores it and sends our emails. Kit may record whether you open or click our emails, which helps us see what's useful.

Analytics: we don't run analytics on this site right now. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics (a cookieless service that counts page views and records general information such as the page visited, referring site, browser type, and country, without cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting), we'll update this paragraph first. We would see only aggregated reports, not individual visitors.

Server logs: our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may keep this in its logs according to its own policies. We don't use these logs to identify individual visitors.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include.

Cookies: we don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, and Kit's form may use its own technology to work. If you click a paid link, the advertiser may set cookies on its own site (see Affiliate links below).

How do we use it?

• To send the Prompt Pack and the short welcome email series you asked for
• To send occasional emails about AI receptionists and phone automation, some of which include paid links (labeled as such)
• To reply to your messages
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful
• To keep the site and our email list secure and working

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Which service providers do we use?

We use a small number of providers that process data on our behalf:

• Email list and forms: Kit (formerly ConvertKit) stores subscriber data and sends our emails.
• Website hosting, security, and analytics: Cloudflare serves the website, keeps it secure, and provides cookieless Web Analytics when it's enabled.
• Email inbox: Google Workspace, for messages sent to hello@getpeacecall.com.
• Video: YouTube (Google), for our channel and the Peace Call YouTube tool described below.

These providers may store data in the United States or other countries. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site, in our emails, and in our YouTube video descriptions are HighLevel affiliate links. When you click one, you leave our site. HighLevel and its affiliate-tracking provider may set cookies or use similar technology to record that you came from Peace Call so we can be credited if you buy. We don't receive your payment details. See our affiliate disclosure.

YouTube channel and the Peace Call YouTube tool

Peace Call runs a YouTube channel, Peace Call (@getpeacecall). When you watch our videos or comment on them, YouTube processes your data under Google's own policies; we see only what YouTube shows any channel owner, such as public comments and aggregated, anonymous viewing statistics.

The Peace Call YouTube tool is a small application we use to manage the Peace Call channel (for example, uploading videos and editing titles, descriptions, and thumbnails, and reading channel and video statistics). The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool or authorizing it to access a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• What it accesses: only the YouTube data needed for the actions above for the account that authorized it: basic channel information, the channel's videos and their metadata, and channel and video statistics. It does not access Gmail, contacts, or other Google services.
• How it's used: only to manage and report on the authorized channel. We don't sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except with Google/YouTube as needed to perform the requested actions or where the law requires it.
• Storage: authorization tokens and any YouTube data the tool keeps are stored privately on our own systems, are used only for the purposes above, and are refreshed or deleted within 30 days. The tool does not place cookies in your browser.
• Revoking access: you can revoke the tool's access to your Google account at any time at Google security settings (third-party access). After you revoke access, or if you ask us by email, we delete the tool's stored data for your account within 7 days.

What are your choices and rights?

• Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email, anytime.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email hello@getpeacecall.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
• Revoke YouTube tool access at Google security settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California, the EU/UK, or Japan), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we hold about you, to object to processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

Legal bases (EU/UK visitors): consent for marketing emails and for the YouTube tool's access, and legitimate interests for site security, aggregated analytics, and replying to messages.

How long do we keep it?

We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we remove inactive subscribers periodically. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with them. Server logs and analytics data are kept by Cloudflare according to its own policies.

Children

This site is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced to subscribers.
