These Terms of Use apply to getpeacecall.com, our emails, the free AI Receptionist Prompt Pack, the Peace Call YouTube channel, and the Peace Call YouTube tool (together, the "site"), all run by Peace Call ("we," "us"). Educational information, not professional advice
Peace Call publishes research-based educational guides about AI phone receptionists, missed-call automation, and related software for small businesses. Our guides are based on vendors' official documentation, published pricing, and primary sources, checked on the dates shown on each page. Software features, prices, and laws change often, and we can make mistakes.
Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Before you rely on anything here, check the vendor's current pricing and terms yourself, and talk to a qualified professional about rules that apply to your business (for example, call recording, texting consent, or health-privacy laws). We don't promise any income, savings, or business result.
Affiliate links

Third-party sites and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as vendor websites, Kit (our email provider), Cloudflare (our host), and YouTube. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
YouTube channel and the Peace Call YouTube tool
Our videos are hosted on YouTube at Peace Call (@getpeacecall), and watching or interacting with them is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Peace Call YouTube tool uses YouTube API Services; by using it or authorizing it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. How the tool handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke its access at any time at Google security settings.
Our content and the free Prompt Pack
The guides, scripts, templates, images, and the Prompt Pack are owned by Peace Call or used with permission. You may read them, share links to them, and quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. You may copy and adapt the prompts, scripts, and templates from our guides and the Prompt Pack for use in your own business or for your own clients. Please don't republish our guides or the Prompt Pack in full, sell them, or present them as your own work.
HighLevel, GoHighLevel, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: for example, don't try to break or overload it, get around its security, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use our forms to submit someone else's email address without permission.
Emails
If you sign up for the Prompt Pack or our newsletter, we'll send you the emails described on the sign-up page. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Peace Call is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
