Prompts are starting points written by Peace Call. AI tools can be wrong: read every message before it goes to a customer, keep texts short, and do not promise prices, arrival times, or outcomes you cannot keep. Results vary. Not legal advice.

Tool used: ChatGPT or Claude (third-party, not affiliated with Peace Call).

How to use these with HighLevel

  1. Paste a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with your [BRACKETS] filled in.
  2. Treat the output as an outline. AI tools cannot see your HighLevel account, so check each step against what HighLevel actually offers.
  3. In HighLevel go to Automation → Workflows, create a workflow, and add the trigger and actions one by one. For missed calls see the Call Details trigger in our guide.
  4. Paste the message text into each Send SMS action. Keep opt-out lines.
  5. Run the pre-launch test script (last prompt), check enrollment history, then publish.

The prompts

Workflow A: missed call, text, follow-up

Design a HighLevel-style workflow outline for a [TRADE] business.
Trigger: missed inbound call.
Steps: (1) wait 10 seconds, (2) send first text, (3) if the customer replies, notify the owner and stop the sequence, (4) if no reply after 1 day send follow-up 1, (5) after 3 days send follow-up 2, (6) after 7 days send a final polite check-in and end.
Write each message under 160 plain characters with an opt-out line, and list what could go wrong at each step.

Workflow B: new web form lead

Outline a workflow for a [TRADE] business that starts when someone submits our website form. Include an immediate confirmation text, an internal alert, a call-task reminder if nobody responds in 15 minutes, and a day 1 and day 3 follow-up. Write all messages. Do not invent offers or prices.

Workflow C: appointment reminders

Write a reminder sequence for booked appointments: confirmation now, reminder 24 hours before, reminder 2 hours before, and a 'reply C to confirm, R to reschedule' option. Each text under 160 characters with the business name [BUSINESS NAME].

Workflow D: review request after job

Outline a workflow that sends a review request 1 day after a job is marked complete, one reminder 3 days later if there is no click, then stops. Write both messages. No incentives for reviews.

Workflow E: after-hours routing

Outline an after-hours workflow: if a text arrives outside [HOURS], send an acknowledgement, ask for the problem and address, flag emergencies by keyword (gas, smoke, flood, sparks) with a 911 reminder, and queue the rest for the first business hour. Write the messages and the keyword list.

Message writer

Act as an editor for local-service SMS. Rewrite the message below three ways (friendly, formal, very short). Each under 160 plain characters, one question only, keep the opt-out line. Message: [PASTE]

Opt-out and keywords

List the opt-out keywords a business texting system should treat as unsubscribe (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) and write a one-line confirmation reply. Then list help keywords and a one-line HELP reply that includes the business name and a contact method.

Pre-launch test script

Create a test plan for a new missed-call text-back workflow: 10 test cases (missed call, answered call, repeat caller within 24 hours, reply STOP, reply with emergency word, outside hours, number with no SMS, etc.), expected result for each, and where to check it.

Is this affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google?

No. Peace Call is independent and names these tools only as options.
