GoHighLevel vs. Thryv (2026): Two Different Ways to Buy Marketing Software
Short answer

Its pages list Starter at $99 a month and Signature at $399 a month, Business Center at $185 a month with a $250 one-time onboarding fee (CRM, calendar, estimates and invoices, payments, email marketing), and Marketing Center Plus at $204 a month under a limited-time rate with a six-month commitment and $250 onboarding fee. HighLevel publishes $97, $297 and $497 plans with usage billed from a wallet, and advertises a 14-day free trial. Thryv and HighLevel both say they help small businesses win and keep customers, but they sell it differently. Thryv sells packaged software with optional done-for-you services (listings, ads, SEO, social posts). HighLevel (GoHighLevel) sells a configurable platform you build on.

Sources: Thryv pricing, Thryv Business Center, Thryv Marketing Center, HighLevel pricing. Thryv's pages say terms and pricing are subject to change, and its event rate applies to new customers only. Thryv's Marketing Center page lists $255 a month as the normal price of Plus.
HighLevel's usage bill is explained in our pricing breakdown. We could not find all of Thryv's per-message or per-minute costs on its public pages, so ask before you assume everything is in the monthly fee.
What does each include?
Thryv Business Center lists a CRM, calendar and appointments, a client portal, estimates and invoices, document storage, payment processing, a reporting center and email marketing messages. Thryv Marketing Center is about visibility: listings management, review management with AI review response, social media management, call tracking and competitor tracking (Thryv Products at a glance). Boosts and other services are done-for-you marketing delivered by Thryv, priced by market and goals.
HighLevel includes a CRM, phone system, SMS and email, calendars, workflows, funnels and websites, reputation tools, payments and AI agents on every plan. See the review.
Which is better for missed calls and follow-up?
HighLevel's help center documents a native missed call text back setting, a workflow version, call routing and Voice AI backup. Thryv's public product pages list a centralized inbox, appointment reminders, and an offline call tracker, but we did not find a documented missed-call text back feature in the pages we checked. Ask Thryv directly if that matters to you.
Where Thryv is stronger: estimates and invoices, payment processing and listings or reviews are first-class; you can also buy marketing done for you instead of building it yourself.
Where HighLevel is stronger: published phone, text and AI building blocks, unlimited contacts and users, and a lower entry price, if you are willing to configure it.
